Tribune is indeed spinning off their publishing assets, or at least they announced plans to do so this week; they have long expressed getting out of print or reducing their reliance on print, and they clearly see more financial growth in television (no real synergies with print, either). Radio? They have only one radio station at the moment, WGN, and I imagine they'll lump it in with TV somehow, unless they want to sell off radio.

As for Fox 6? On-air at least, I doubt there'd be any major changes; perhaps more homegrown fare from Tribune (e.g. The Arsenio Hall Show), but that's it.
