Forever...given the costs of PPM why spend the money. Agencies already knows what your ratings are...and they pay a fraction of the price that a station/group does. They already use it to grind you down on cpp and rates...why would you want to pay for as well and have it used as a weapon against you.

The company I work for cancelled in 2009 (a diary market but it doesn't matter whether its diary or PPM)...we haven't missed a beat and our revenue has continued to increase each year.
