I didn't know that Jeremy. I thought Premium Choice was like a big FTP service where local programmers could pick and choose generic breaks from selected talent and plug them into their own logs. So with Premium Choice as you describe it the programmer is really putting the station's hands into corporate. What is the use of even having a PD? This explains, I suppose, how interns in small markets are becoming APD's and OM's and GM's are taking on the official title of PD.
