The sad reality is that, aside from WPR and one or two people left at WIBA, there are no radio news departments anymore in Madison. Even news departments in larger markets are shrinking or outsourcing.

Even worse, aggregation is increasingly the name of the game in news. But if everybody starts aggregating everybody, who is left to actually gather and report the news?
