What's funny is that pretty much everyone that would care already knew or suspected the guy was gay. I mean he drops hints on the air all the time, and is out a the gay bars all the time and is "recognized". I agree with JDTH, this was totally just a stunt.
As a gay guy in radio at another group here in Madison, I was actually kind of offended that he would use his sexual preference in a cheap attempt to score points.
The only good that might come of it is that one of his listeners might feel a bit better about him or herself...which I suppose is good.
