That's because there is NO local staff for this station. All VT/Syndicated from out of market all day, everyday. Who is in the building in Madison dedicated to this station to update Facebook, Twitter and a Website? No one.
Think the out of market afternoon show will? Ha. This station is an abortion from day one.
