Mike Jacobs Retiring after 37 Years at TMJ4

Mike Jacobs wants to thank you for your support and your viewership over the years.

Jacobs, who began reporting and anchoring at TODAY'S TMJ4 in August 1977, is retiring at the end of May.

Until then, we're going to celebrate his career the best way we know how - by reminiscing, sharing old stories, and learning more about the story behind the stories.

"I've just been really overwhelmed by all the kind emails people have sent in," Jacobs says in the message above. "Thank you so much for inviting me and TODAY'S TMJ4 into your home all these years."
