Ambulance chasing class action lawyers Milberg LLP is seeking a lead plaintiff among shareholders of Journal Communications common stock. So if you own some Journal and want to be as scummy as managers like COO Andre B. Fernandez, call 'em up!

The class action shareholder lawsuit has been filed against the Scripps-Journal merger. Milberg issued a press release on Monday. It was filed against the company proper, and Journal's board of directors - alleging breach of fiduciary duties and violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

By the way, this press release wasn't picked up by any news service and written into a story. It just got to the web using PR Newswire and its syndication partnerships with feeds on really dicey web sites that function based off search engine trickery. And they said radio was shady business.
