Arbitron lawsuit against Saga/Lakefront Communications

NIELSEN AUDIO has settled its suit brought under its previous incarnation ARBITRON against SAGA COMMUNICATIONS and LAKEFRONT COMMUNICATIONS for allegedly using PPM data at its MILWAUKEE cluster without subscribing. The case was dismissed with prejudice in U.S. District Court in DELAWARE upon stipulation by both parties.

ARBITRON sued SAGA in MAY 2013, alleging unauthorized use of its data in 2010-2012, including offering "ARBITRON bonuses" to employees.
