Z-104 has local staff working there. Local airstaff.
The #2 station in Sioux City, Iowa (KSFT, 107.1 KISS FM) is their sister station. It's a CHR station. They have a local morning host and the rest of the day is Premium Choice generic music logs. That morning guy is dedicated too. He went into work during a tornado outbreak to go on the air. In regards to music and overall programming, KSFT is not much different than a lot of other stations of it's size and ownership. Same playlist. Same music log. Same everything.

What about Z-104 sucks? Is it a specific DJ? Is it the playlist?
If it's not Aaron Rogers, Katie Kruz, or any of the local hosts (or jocks voice tracked specifically for Z-104) the following stations are the same (minus the locals)

These are just Clear Channel stations that are similar to Z-104 but have less localism and basically the same playlist.
Not owned by Clear Channel? Well what's your definition of "Suck?" There's some small town stations that are allowed to not sound as bigtime as a lot of others, because they are owned by a small company or entity and are in the middle of nowhere.
You need to be more specific as to WHY they suck. Just randomly saying they "suck" makes you sound like a troll.
