That's the plan IF the FCC approves it. They made clear mention in the FCC application that they are either going to move 1550 (Unlikely) or turn in the license.

1560 will up to 2,500 watts (from the daytime 180) Nights I guess will stay the same because they still have to protect WQEW.

Their goal I believe is to allow it to cover Racine. I think it would have been a better idea to simulcast 1560 on 1550 because 1550 puts a rock solid signal in areas 1560 will never be able to cover with a good signal, which includes Racine.
