This is a question for those who still work in radio or are still very connected with sales, in particular. How has the transition gone now that PPM has been here awhile? How has it changed radio sales and have the initial challenges leveled themselves out now that it's been awhile? Like, how did advertisers respond when you first told them "we used to be #1 but we're #5 now -- it's because of this new stupid ratings trick that's been adopted.."
